Recruiters' Guide to Swapcard
The Engineering Expo uses Swapcard as our event app. Each company registered for the Expo is assigned an exhibitor Virtual Booth, which is designed to complement the in-person experience of the Expo. The Virtual Booth displays key hiring criteria (majors, grade levels, position types, company booth number, and more) to help students find companies that match their qualifications.

In addition, the Virtual Booth offers exclusive features such as access to the Resume Book (which in previous years has included over 6,000 student resumes), Chat with the Exhibitor, application interaction analytics, and more.
On our exhibitor resources page, we offer several guides for navigating Swapcard. Here's how to get started:
1. Have your company's primary point of contact register for Expo as a recruiter.
2. Once the POC is registered, they can then add team members to your company's Virtual Booth.
From here, you can edit your company description, logo, majors hiring, preferred position types, and more. You can also take advantage of our Virtual Booth features, including:
- Access to the Student Resume Book, which in previous years has included over 6,000 student resumes.
- "Chat with the Exhibitor" Feature to communicate with students and build relationships with potential candidates early.
- Home Page and Virtual Booth ads to draw potential applicants to your Virtual Booth and help them find you at Expo.
