Responsibilities
The Professional Development Chair coordinates corporate and faculty presentations and workshops to be conducted throughout the year. The chair is responsible for managing leadership and career events as well as aiding the Expo Chair in directing companies interested in hosting information sessions to SEC Member Engineering Organizations.

Background
Kasey is from Haymarket, Virginia, and came to Virginia Tech to pursue Industrial & Systems Engineering and her passion in space exploration. Academically, Kasey is interested in aerospace systems, the commercial space industry, and business operations. She currently serves as the VT IISE president and is a member of the Vietnamese Student Association. Outside of academics, Kasey enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, reading, and playing the guitar.
