Responsibilities
The Professional Development Chair coordinates corporate and faculty presentations and workshops to be conducted throughout the year. The chair is responsible for managing leadership and career events as well as aiding the Expo Chair in directing companies interested in hosting information sessions to SEC Member Engineering Organizations.

Background
Jessica May is from Fairfax, Virginia and is a Stamps Scholar in the Honors College. Jessica is interested in data analytics and artificial intelligence. She is currently involved in statistical analysis undergraduate research and is part of the data analyst team for the Guanlan Scholarship Foundation. Outside of school, Jessica enjoys playing tennis, hanging out with friends, and hiking.
